London Connection, the initiative announced by the Bishop
of London with the mission of reconnecting finance and ethics in the wake of
the St Paul's protest, has begun a
programme of dialogue and engagement. This started with a meeting between
Hector Sants, Chief Executive of the Financial Services Authority and
representatives from the Occupy London group.
The meeting presented an opportunity for a number of Occupy London representatives to meet with Hector Sants and question him on the direction that future avenues of regulation might take in response to the ongoing global financial crisis.
Full minutes of this meeting are now available for download and can be found below.
St Paul's Institute seeks to foster an informed Christian response to the most urgent ethical and spiritual issues of our times: financial integrity, economic theory, and the meaning of the common good.
