David Rouch

David is a partner in Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer's financial institutions group. He specialises in financial services law and regulation and related transactional work covering asset and wealth management, banking and payment systems and insurance.

He is a regular speaker on financial services-related issues and works with a number of the industry associations. He has written for various publications, including the Journal of International Banking Law and Regulation and The Times.
