 Anna Laycock

Anna is Executive Director of the Finance Innovation Lab and leads their work for a financial system that serves people and planet. She coordinates the Lab's programmes with innovators developing new financial businesses, campaigners calling for a fairer financial system, and finance professionals seeking to repurpose their work. Prior to joining the Lab, Anna was Ethics and External Affairs Manager at Ecology Building Society, where she led the Society's communications, public affairs and ethical conduct. She also played a key role in the Global Alliance for Banking on Values (GABV) Communications and Impact Metrics expert groups.

Anna has previously worked in international development, campaigning, research and community development. She holds an MSc in Global Ethics, with a focus on gender and global citizenship and is a Fellow of the RSA (Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce), a Director of the New Economy Organisers Network and an Associate of the Institute for Social Banking. @anna_luise/www.financeinnovationlab.org
